What does "per rooftop" mean?
One subscription per physical store. Each rooftop gets its own concierge with its own inventory, advertised specials, sales and service hours, and CRM lead address — so a shopper on the Toyota store's site never hears about the Honda store's lot. Groups with several rooftops: ask for one quote that covers them all.
What decides the price?
Plans from $999 a month. Pricing depends on the number of avatars, kiosks and integrations. Tell us how many avatars you want (sales, service, parts, HR…), whether you want showroom or service-drive kiosks, and which systems you'd like connected as the integrations land, and you get one monthly price for the store.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. If you'd rather pay annually, ask about an annual discount when you get your quote.
What counts as a conversation minute?
Time a visitor spends in a live session with your concierge — video and voice, or typed chat — from the moment the session opens until it ends. Reading your site, booking confirmations and CRM delivery don't use minutes. Conversations keep working when a plan's monthly minutes are used up — nothing is cut off and nothing is charged automatically. At 100% the Primary Admin sees a one-click upgrade to the next plan in the dashboard, prorated for the rest of the billing cycle, and gets one email; the plan changes only if they click it. Minutes reset at the start of each calendar month. Unlimited has no minute cap under fair use.
Can I have more than one avatar?
Yes. One account can run several avatars — different faces, voices and roles for sales, service or other departments, each with its own link and embed snippet. The number of avatars is part of your quote. You build an extra avatar in your dashboard as a free draft; its monthly add-on starts only when you press Go live, prorated for the rest of the billing cycle, and pausing or deleting it ends the add-on at the end of that billing period. On a custom or invoiced plan the number of avatars is set on your agreement — ask your Demofi rep.
How do I cancel?
Email us or tell us on a call and we'll close the subscription at the end of the paid month — no cancellation fee, and your concierge keeps working until then.
