Book more service appointments. Find more buyers.
You've already paid to get visitors to your website. Demofi greets every one of them — face to face, day or night — and converts visits into customers.

Your store is always open online.
Shoppers are on your inventory and service pages every hour of the day. What they find is a form. Most never fill it out.
Nobody greets them face to face.
On the lot, every customer gets a hello and a question. Online, the same customer gets a form or a chat bubble, and leaves without talking to anyone.
Every visitor who leaves is a missed appointment.
A test drive that never got booked. An oil change that went across town. A lead you never knew existed.
Demofi is the answer: a concierge with a face and a voice on your site, greeting every visitor, every hour of the day.
Your website already has the shoppers.
About 2 in every 100 website visits become a lead. The other 98 leave without a name, a number, or a conversation.
The average dealer site nationally. Yours will differ.
At the ~2% industry average.
Paid for, then gone without a name or a conversation.
And leads from your own website are the highest-closing leads a store gets.
Every additional 1% of visitors captured is worth ~51 leads a month to you.
Demofi doesn't publish a lift figure — results depend on your traffic. These are your numbers, not ours.
Demofi works to capture more of those ~5,000.
Demofi greets every visitor, answers their questions about inventory, specials, and service on the spot, and turns the conversation into a lead or a booked appointment, instead of letting them leave.
And the ~100 that do become leads? The follow-up engine keeps them from going cold.

Every visitor gets a salesperson.
A shopper lands on your site — day or night. Instead of a form, they get a live, face-to-face conversation with your AI concierge — in their language. It answers questions about your inventory, financing, and hours from what's on your site, qualifies the shopper, and captures their name and email before they leave.
- Live, spoken demos on your website — video and voice, or typed chat
- Knows your store from your own site: models, financing programs, hours, specials
- Qualifies every shopper and captures name and email in conversation
- Speaks multiple languages fluently and never invents a price or an offer
- Follow-up emails from your dealership's domain, at a human pace — never a blast
- Persistent until the lead responds or opts out; opt-outs are honored instantly
- Replies answered in-thread in your store's voice — auto-send or manager approval
- Every lead, thread, and demo session in one place, with hot leads flagged
No lead goes cold.
Every captured lead gets human-sounding email follow-up sent from your store's own domain. The concierge works each lead until it replies or opts out. When a reply comes in, it answers in your store's voice — on autopilot, or held for your approval. Every conversation lives in one place, with hot leads flagged the moment they heat up.
Your service line, answered.
The concierge takes service requests like your best advisor — name, phone, vehicle, mileage, what's going on. It matches the request to your op codes, offers times, and books the appointment, with the customer confirmed automatically by email and text (text opt-in handled in conversation). Direct integrations with the major schedulers and DMSs — Xtime, Dealer-FX, CDK — are rolling out. And it isn't just your website — put your Demofi link in service reminders, emails, or texts, and the concierge opens right from the link, ready to book. Want to see it? Ask the concierge on this page — she'll book you a demo service appointment right here, calendar and confirmation email included.
- See it live: ask the concierge on this page to book you a demo service appointment
- Collects vehicle, mileage, issue, and preferred time; matches your op-code catalog
- Offers appointment times from your stated service hours — and takes the booking nights, weekends, Sundays, whenever the customer is on your site
- Books the appointment and confirms your customer by email and text, automatically
- Scheduler & DMS integrations — Xtime, Dealer-FX, CDK — rolling out
- Works from a link too — drop it in your service-reminder emails and texts
Service Recovery — bring declined services back
Bring declined services back: upload the declined-services list from your DMS, the concierge follows up with each customer by email and text — five touches over four weeks on the standard pacing — and books the appointment when they're ready. A booking, a reply or an opt-out stops that customer's follow-up instantly, and results show by campaign — contacted, clicked, replied, booked. A campaign can hold every touch for your approval before it goes, and keep its own days and hours (texts always between 8 AM and 9 PM).
Appointments booked by the concierge land in your team's dashboard with email and text confirmations already sent; scheduler/DMS integrations are rolling out.
The concierge's email follow-up with the visitors it captures on your site who didn't book — a first note the day of the visit, then a schedule of later notes written from that visitor's own conversation, and replies when they write back — sent from your store's own domain: up to 90 days for sales inquiries, two weeks for service, by email, stops when you book. You pick the pacing (Aggressive, Standard or Relaxed) separately for sales conversations and for service conversations; the day-0 note for each is yours to edit under Messages. Dealership accounts start with auto-send on: notes go out on their own after a short review window, and the first note to a new lead waits ten minutes under Sales → Follow-up where you can read, edit or cancel it. Switch to approving every draft instead whenever you like.
The wording of every Service Recovery touch is yours to edit — start from Demofi's approved copy and change any email or text. Pick the pacing (Aggressive, Standard or Relaxed) and the channel mix (Both, Email only or Text only) for the account, or override them for a single campaign. The same page holds the lead follow-up first notes (one for sales conversations, one for service — email only) and the appointment texts.
Every customer on a recovery list with where they stand — enrolled, booked, replied, opted out. Customers who got every touch and never responded become a call sheet for your advisors: vehicle, recommended service and RO number, downloadable as a CSV.
Every customer reply — to a campaign or to an appointment text — lands in one Inbox, and your team answers from there by text or email. Replies are also forwarded to your service email, and a customer who has opted out can't be texted.
Appointment reminders by text — included on all dealership plans. Every confirmed service appointment whose customer said yes to texts gets a reminder the day before and another a couple of hours ahead; the store can switch either one off or change the timing. Each reminder carries a link that opens the concierge already knowing the appointment, so the customer can move it or cancel it in a sentence — a move sends a new confirmation, a cancel frees the slot. Nothing is sent between 9 PM and 8 AM the store's time: a reminder that would land then goes out the evening before instead. The texts appear in the Inbox under the customer, and the wording is editable.
How texts stay compliant. Texts go only to customers with documented consent to be texted — the store attests to it when the list is uploaded, and without it a customer gets email only. STOP and HELP are handled automatically, and texts only go out between 9 AM and 8 PM in the store's timezone. It's at most two texts per customer — three if you choose text-only.

Does Demofi work with my CRM?
Demofi delivers leads by email in ADF, the standard lead format dealership CRMs accept. Add your CRM's lead-inbox address in Settings, send yourself a test lead, and confirm it lands as a new lead in your CRM before you go live.
Does it book straight into Xtime, Dealer-FX, or CDK?
Direct integrations with the major schedulers and DMSs are rolling out now, starting with CDK. The concierge collects the complete, op-code-matched service request, books the appointment, and your customer gets automatic email confirmation — plus a text confirmation when they opt in during the conversation.
Does the concierge text or call customers?
It never calls. Lead follow-up is by email. It texts in two places only: a confirmation of a service appointment or a test drive when the customer opts in during the booking conversation, and Service Recovery campaigns.
What does the concierge know about my store?
It reads your website and builds its knowledge base from it — vehicles, financing programs, hours, specials, service menu. You can add documents in the Knowledge Base and edit its script any time. It never invents prices or offers.
How long does setup take?
Paste your website URL and the concierge is live in about 10 minutes. Mark your account as a dealership, add your CRM lead email, sales and service hours, inventory and advertised specials, and drop one line of code on your site. We set it up with you on a short call.
